1. Our videos come in three qualities and sizes, these are explained below:
High quality works brilliantly in full screen and should only be downloaded by users with high speed internet connections. (Approx file size: 170MB. Approx. download time: 1 hour although this can be as quick as 20 minutes for those with extremely quick connections such as 2 meg DSL)
Medium quality works in a medium-sized video window and again, should only be downloaded by users with high speed internet connections. (Approx file size: 90MB. Approx. download time: 35 mins although this can be as quick as 10 minutes for those with extremely quick connections such as 2 meg DSL)
Low quality works in a small video window and is available to users of both high speed and slow dial-up internet connections. (Approx. file size: 30MB. Approx. download time: 15 mins for high speed - within minutes for those with extremely quick connections such as 2 meg DSL, 2 hours for dial-up modem).
Download times vary and depend on your internet connection speed
2. Our videos work with the following media players:
- Realplayer
- Windows Media player
- DivX (High quality full screen only)
We recommend trying our test clip before signing up and downloading your first video.
Once the test clip has downloaded to your hard drive, simply double-click the file and it should start to play.
